Summit OS · a private operating system for your business

One system that runs the busywork. You keep the keys.

Leads, outreach, follow-up, pipeline and money — in one console, with an operator working around the clock inside rules you set. Built on accounts you own, in weeks, not quarters.

Fifteen minutes. Your numbers. A straight answer about whether this is worth doing.

How it works

Five steps. You make the calls. The machine does the rowing.

No long discovery phase, no six-figure statement of work. We start by looking at what actually eats your week.

01

Audit

We sit with your week and find the repeated work — the chasing, the copying between tools, the things that only happen when you remember them. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

02

Define

We write the rules together: what the system may do on its own, what it must ask you about first, and what it must never touch. These become code, not guidelines.

03

Build

Your own console, on your own accounts, in your own name. Two to four weeks. You watch it come together rather than waiting for a reveal.

04

Arm

Nothing goes live until you turn it on, in person. Outreach, spending and any unattended run each need your hand on the switch — separately.

05

It runs. You close.

The operator works the routine overnight and leaves you a brief in the morning. You spend about five minutes a day in it and the rest of your day selling.

The agents

Every routine job gets a desk.

Each part of the business runs as its own agent, reporting to one operator in the middle. You can see what each one did, and turn any of them down to "ask me first" whenever you like.

01

Command Deck

Today's real state on one screen: what moved, what stalled, what needs you. If the machine is healthy but the business is idle, that is visible — not hidden behind green ticks.

02

Outreach engine

Finds prospects that match your customer, checks the addresses are real, and sends on a ramp that protects your domain. Stops the moment someone replies.

03

Unified inbox

Every reply in one thread view, sorted by who is actually interested — not by who emailed most recently.

04

Instant follow-up

New enquiries get a real answer in minutes, at midnight or on a Sunday. Roughly half of online enquiries never get a human response at all; that is the gap this closes.

05

Missed-call recovery

A missed call becomes a text before the caller has put the phone down, and a booked slot before they have called someone else.

06

Pipeline

Stages you actually use, advanced automatically when the evidence says so, with the reason recorded next to the move.

07

Money

Quotes, invoices and what has landed. Nothing moves without you — a refusal and an alert, never a silent transaction.

08

The operator

The part that works while you sleep. It prepares, drafts and queues; it acts only inside the budget and the permissions you set, and writes down everything it did.

09

Ops & backups

Health, spend and every scheduled run in plain sight, with your data exported nightly to storage you control. Leaving means cancelling a plan, not migrating a platform.

Control

Money never moves without you. Neither does anything else that counts.

Most of this category sells autonomy and hopes you do not think too hard about it. The brakes are the part we are proud of, so they go first.

Yes, there is a language model inside. It drafts, sorts and summarises. It does not hold your card, it does not decide who gets contacted, and it cannot switch itself on.

Five switches only you can flipThe first paid spend, turning outreach on, the first unattended run, any movement of money, and adding any new account key. In person, each one separately.
A daily budget it cannot exceedOver the limit, it refuses and tells you. It never quietly queues an approval you were never going to see.
Rules written as code, not as guidanceThe things that must never happen are enforced by the system itself, and the refusals are tested before you go live.
An append-only recordEvery action the operator takes is written down and cannot be edited afterwards — including by us.
An honest service levelAlerts wait in the console until you next open it. Checking it once a day is the real contract, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
The leak

What is slow follow-up costing you right now?

Not a lead-magnet quiz. Move the sliders to your real numbers and see the arithmetic. If it comes out small, this is not worth doing and we will say so on the call.

Proof
We didn't sell this until it ran a business we own.

TrueRoom is our own virtual-staging company. It runs on the same system we would build for you — same console, same operator, same brakes. Everything on this page was measured there first, and the numbers are the real ones, including the part where it broke.

Two nights before launch we found three faults that every dashboard had been reporting as healthy. We fixed them, wrote them down, and built the checks that catch that class of failure. That list is why the safety section above exists.

Who builds it

Two founders. No account managers.

The people who scope your build are the people who build it and the people who answer when something breaks. That is the whole company, deliberately.

The offer

One offer. Five founding seats.

There is one product and one way to buy it. Every build is scoped to the work that actually eats your week, so a published figure would be either wrong or padded — we would rather give you a real one on a call than a fake one on a page.

Start here

Ops audit

A week inside how you actually work, priced as a one-off — and credited in full against a build that starts within 30 days.

  • Every repeated task, timed and costed
  • What to automate, and what to leave alone
  • A mystery-shop of your own enquiry path
  • Yours to keep whether or not you hire us
The build · founding seat

Summit OS

Your own console on accounts in your name, built in two to four weeks. One fee to build it, one monthly to keep it running — both quoted after we have seen the work.

  • Command Deck, inbox, pipeline and money
  • The outreach engine and the operator
  • Your rules written as code, and tested
  • Nightly export to storage you control
  • Every new module we ship during your term, at no build fee

Five seats. When they are gone the founding terms come down — there is no second cohort.

Keeping it running

Care plan

Monthly, and it starts the day you go live — not the day you sign. You are never billed for a month of setup.

  • Monitoring, fixes and vendor changes
  • Copy and targeting iteration
  • A monthly health check you can actually read
  • A named priority queue, not a ticket form

What a founding seat gets you

A substantial credit against the build and the monthly
Every module we release during your term, at no build fee
A named priority queue, and both founders on the build
The public Founding Member designation

What we ask in return

A named case study with real numbers, once it is working
Two warm introductions to people like you
A short recorded testimonial
Someone on your side who works the meetings we book

The credit is the trade for the proof. We put it in writing both ways.

Want the actual numbers?

Ask and we will tell you in the first five minutes — no form, no sequence, no "let's schedule a follow-up to discuss investment." If it is out of range for you, we would both rather find that out on a fifteen-minute call than after three emails.

Get a straight number

Software and data accounts are yours and billed to you directly, in your name. We never mark them up and never bundle them into our fee — the moment we do, you stop owning the thing you paid for. We will show you exactly what those run on the call.

Start

Fifteen minutes. Your numbers. A straight answer.

Tell us what eats most of your week. We will tell you whether it is worth automating, roughly what it would take, and — often enough — that you should fix a process before you spend a pound on software.

We reply the same day. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
